The 252-acre property was originally to be developed with 67, (finalized with 71), single family residential lots, varying size from a minimum of 1.5 acres to 2.5 acres. Environmental areas are common areas which are used for environmental preservation and limited passive recreation. All other common areas are utilized for open space and recreation. The 72-acre lake is part of the common area which is part of the private gated community with a clubhouse that overlooks the lake. There is approximately 2.7 miles of roads that are paved and great for walking or jogging.
